Overview
Leak and freeze protection for one mechanical room: 1 Controller, 2 Leak Ropes (5 m), 1 wired Temp + RH sensor, and 1 Indoor Gateway. The ropes plug into the Controller's two leak ports and the sensor joins its RS-485 bus. On a leak the Controller closes the supply valve, confirms flow stopped, and alarms. Temperature and humidity show when a room is close to freezing or wet enough for mold. The Indoor Gateway sends alerts to the owner's phone from anywhere; it needs an Ethernet connection to the internet.
