Growbud Shipping Policy
At Growbud, we're dedicated to getting your smart gardening solutions to you quickly and securely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states in the United States and throughout Canada.
International shipping beyond Canada is not currently available, but we're working to grow our reach—stay tuned for updates!
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order total, and selected shipping method.
Note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday sales or product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll notify you via email if there's any delay.
4. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 3-7 business days.
- Canada: 5-10 business days, depending on customs processing.
Expedited Shipping:
- United States: 1-3 business days.
- Canada: 3-5 business days.
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
5. Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post to ensure your order arrives safely.
The carrier used will depend on your location and shipping method.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products (e.g., batteries or tech components) may have shipping restrictions due to regional regulations. If an item can't be shipped to your address, we'll notify you and refund that portion of your order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing oversized or fragile items.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected].
We'll investigate with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Growbud is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address after ordering, email us at [email protected] immediately. Changes can only be made before your order is processed.
10. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-order or backordered items (e.g., new smart grow systems), shipping times may differ. Check the product page and your order confirmation email for estimated shipping dates.
Our 90-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via this website or email [email protected] to obtain a shipping label.
Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
This 90-day no-questions-asked return policy applies to purchases made directly from Growbud and does not apply to purchases made from third-party resellers.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Growbud products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers you for one full year from the date of purchase.
If your Growbud product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty process.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear is also not covered under this warranty.
