Overview
Assembled in the USA
Built to order, not held on a shelf
Every Growbud sensor and controller is assembled in the United States. We are scaling production, so most orders ship in about 6-8 weeks rather than the same day. Placing an order reserves your units from the next build.
- Pay now and we email tracking the day it ships, or reserve your units without paying and settle when it leaves. Your choice.
- Stocked inventory with immediate shipping is coming as capacity grows.
- The 90-day return window starts when your order arrives, not when you place it.
- Free US shipping over $500.
Thank you for your patience while we build up. If you have a deadline or a install date to hit, tell us about it and we will give you a straight answer on timing.

In the Field
One Controller, two Dro sensors, and everything on the outputs is up to you. The same kit runs a cultivation loop or a building monitoring node. Here is what each looks like installed.

Cultivation: closed-loop irrigation and dosing
Dro sensors in the substrate pair to the Controller over Bluetooth and drive the irrigation valve. Add pH and EC probes on RS-485 and the valve outputs run dosing pumps for closed-loop nutrient control.
- • Dro sensors pair over Bluetooth, no gateway needed
- • Valve outputs drive irrigation solenoids or dosing pumps
- • pH and EC probes wire in over RS-485 Modbus for dosing control
- • On-board schedules keep running if the network drops

Building management: leak, air, and power
The same Controller wires into a building system as a BACnet node. A leak probe watches the floor and shuts the pump off through a dry-contact relay, while an air quality sensor reports in alongside.
- • BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU on the field-bus port
- • Leak detection cable on either of the two leak ports
- • Dry-contact relay output for automatic pump or supply shutoff
- • Air quality monitoring surfaced to the BMS as objects
