A representative facility install: leak protection around water heaters and sinks, a motorized shutoff valve on the supply, air quality on the wall, and equipment monitoring, all reporting through one Controller on your network.
Facility monitoring and shutoff
The included RS485-to-Ethernet converter puts the Controller on your network speaking Modbus and BACnet. The leak cable runs around water heaters and under sinks, the valve output closes the supply on a leak, and the air sensor tracks temperature and humidity.
