The Building Management Kit brings commercial monitoring and local control to mechanical rooms, kitchens, and facilities. One Growbud Controller pairs with an air temperature, humidity, and CO2 sensor plus a leak detection cable, so a single install covers indoor conditions, water-leak protection, and shutoff-valve or equipment control. Native Modbus RTU and BACnet let it join an existing BMS as commandable points, or it runs standalone with local automation.
